Send it back to us and we’ll get you a full refund! Check out our policy below.


Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the day of purchase. We’re happy to extend this to all U.S. domestic orders for a full refund of the cost of the jewelry to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

International orders are not eligible for refund at this time.


Eligibility

Your order is considered eligible if it meets the following criteria:

  • A U.S. Domestic order
    Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Returned items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • A packing list is provided in the return box


If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us directly at guestservices@adahjewelry.com for further instructions.


How it Works

Follow these steps to return your item(s):

  • Confirm the item(s) you wish to return meet the eligibility requirements above

  • If your order is eligible for return, pack all pieces you wish to return in the original packaging.

  • Be sure to include the packing list in your order.

  • Arrange items to ship to the following address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at this time.

Please Note: We will be unable to identify and process your return without a packing list. Please be sure to include the packing list in your return package. If you need a replacement packing list, please reach out to us at guestservices@adahjewelry.com and we’ll email you one.

Allow 2-10 business days for the shipment to arrive to us.

You will receive a confirmation email of your return once the processing of your return is complete

A full refund in the amount of the jewelry will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs for the order and return cannot be refunded.


Timing

Please note it can take 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive to us depending on the carrier and shipping method.

Once we receive your shipment, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
