For Orders within the U.S.

We are happy to offer free shipping to all customers with addresses within the United States.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge which is calculated by the carrier at the time of checkout based on the delivery location. The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, and discounts.

For those with an APO or FPO address, please reach out to guestservices@adahjewelry.com for further shipping information and instructions.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


For International Orders

We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $45 USD.

Please note that deliveries made outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional taxes or import duties such as VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. Customers are responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes associated with importation of their order.

Adah is neither responsible for these charges nor has control over them. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise on cost estimates or process of importation as these vary by country. For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office for all related questions.

All shipping fees including those related to importation are non-refundable.


Tracking

Upon completion of your purchase, you'll get an email from us with your tracking information so you can follow your shipment to its final destination. You can use this tracking information any time for the latest shipping status.


Insurance

It’s our goal to ensure your jewelry arrives safe and sound.

We package each shipment in a discreet, unmarked white box.

We also insure each piece at no extra cost to you!

If for whatever reason your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out to us at guestservices@adahjewelry.com.


Timing

We are so excited for you to receive your jewelry quickly.

That’s why we strive to process your order within 3 business days of your order placement.

In addition, please allow for the following transit times:

  • Estimated US Domestic Shipping: 1 - 7 days depending on location

  • Estimated International Shipping: 14 days not including customs clearance

Please note these lead times are subject to change. Unforeseen events such as weather, natural disasters and high seasonal delivery volume could contribute to longer lead times than listed above.

The most accurate way to calculate the arrival time of your order is to check your tracking number.
